Breakfast (7:00)
Plain, non-fat Greek Yogurt with berries Banana

AM Snack (9:30)
Morning muffin and a cut up kiwi

Lunch (12:00)
Greek salad with olive oil and vinegar on the side

PM Snack (3:00)
Cut up carrots and cucumbers with hummus

Note: I am noticing that today I am not as tired as I usually am, my eyes don't feel heavy and I haven't been yawning as much as I usually do.
